User Data Deletion

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable privacy regulations, you can request the deletion of all data Closini has collected through your Facebook or Instagram account.

How to request data deletion

STEP 1

Request deletion

Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, find Closini, remove the app, and click "Send Request".

STEP 2

We process your request

Once we receive your request, we begin deleting all data associated with your Facebook account from our systems within 48 hours.

STEP 3

Confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation code. Use it below to check the status of your deletion request at any time.

Enter the confirmation code you received when your deletion request was submitted.

What data is deleted

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove the following information from our systems:

Account profile information (name, email, profile picture)
Facebook User ID and app-scoped identifiers
Conversation history and messages sent via Facebook Messenger or Instagram
Contact records linked to your Facebook account
Activity logs and usage data tied to your Facebook identity
Any custom fields, tags, or metadata associated with your profile

Data retention exceptions

In certain cases, we may retain limited data as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance, or records needed to resolve disputes). Any retained data will be stored securely and only for the minimum period required by the applicable legal obligation. We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and provide a legitimate justification.

If you have a Closini account, go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data to initiate deletion directly.
