Yes. WhatsApp charges a per-conversation fee set by Meta that is separate from your Respondini subscription. We pass these charges through at cost with no markup. You can monitor your WhatsApp spend in the Billing section of your dashboard.

A Monthly Active Contact is any unique contact who sends or receives at least one message during a billing cycle. Contacts who are inactive in a given month are not counted toward your limit.

AI Agent is included in Growth plans and above. Usage is metered by the number of AI-resolved conversations per month. Each plan includes a generous allocation, and additional usage is billed at a flat per-conversation rate.

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Growth plan. No credit card is required. You get full access to all Growth features, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time during or after the trial.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as wire transfers for annual Enterprise contracts. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Our infrastructure runs on SOC 2 Type II certified providers. Enterprise customers can also enable SSO/SAML, audit logs, and custom data retention policies.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts on monthly plans. You can cancel from your Billing page and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
