No. Your Closini subscription pays for the platform. Meta and WhatsApp message charges are billed separately so software pricing stays predictable.
Each plan includes a seat allowance for human team members working inside that workspace. Extra seats are sold as add-ons rather than forcing a full tier jump too early.
Treat it as the best-fit operating band for that plan. It helps you choose the right tier, but Closini is not auto-billing contact overages yet.
Not at launch. AI is included only on Growth and above under fair-use packaging. Dedicated AI overage pricing should wait until billing-grade metering exists.
